Merchandise leaves our warehouse in an exceptional manner. If however the items seem not to be in good quality when brought to you by the common carrier, please do not accept it unless the carrier's agent notes this fact on your freight bill. If concealed damage appears after opening, hold it and have carrier's agent make immediate inspections and give you " CONCEALED DAMAGE REPORT"
All of our products have a 15-day return policy. We ensure that all of our products are new and in proper condition before shipping. In case of receiving an item which does not match those standards, please contact us via E-mail. All returns must be in original new condition, as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
Policy For Not Quality Related Returns:
We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (not quality related reasons). Please contact our customer service to get a prepaid return label, but the shipping fees will be charged in the refund. You will receive your refund after we receive the parcel and check it. The item with signs of use, damage, or removed stickers is not eligible for not quality related returns.
